We’re looking for an initiative and experienced Back-end Engineer to join our team! The position will include building great product in the fintech domain. We expect you to use test-driven development and write clean and maintainable code.

About the Project:
The product is one of the first licensed digital asset banks powered by Blockchain. Our team is covering the delivery part of one of the core company’s services. It allows in a very simplified manner, process of capital raising for companies and investors providing the creation of new assets, manage offerings, buy, trade and earn crypto to future-proof your investment strategy

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Node.js Developer

  • Experience with fin-tech projects or integrating with payment systems

  • Strong knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.

  • Experience with PostgreSQL (TypeORM or other ORM solutions).

  • Strong experience with message brokers (Kafka)

  • Docker, kubernetes experience

  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, SES, RDS).

  • Knowledge of software development processes such as testing, code review, debugging, estimation, and production support.

  • Ability to independently analyze requirements and implement solutions

  • General understanding about blockchain (tokenization, smart contracts, how to handle blockchain transactions)

  • Design patterns and algorithms knowledge


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain backend services for the blockchain platform

  • Implement new features and improvements using Node.js (NestJS) and TypeScript.

  • Manage PostgreSQL databases (TypeORM or other ORM solutions).

  • Implement cloud services using AWS (S3, SES, RDS).

  • Participate in testing, code review, estimation, debugging, and production support.

  • Independently gather and clarify requirements for implementation.

  • Take ownership of project execution and lead development processes independently


Nice to have:

  • Experience with Java

  • DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, Docker, basic experience with cloud services and monitoring)

  • Crypto algorithms knowledge


Stages of Interview:
1. Interview with a Recruiter (45 minutes);
2. Internal technical interview (1,5 hour);
3. Interview with the Client (60 minutes).
