About the project:
We are building an advanced AI-powered intelligence layer for a global fintech platform. The solution integrates cutting-edge LLM-based workflows to enhance analytics, improve decision-making, and empower operational teams with actionable insights. The system is designed to handle sensitive financial data at scale, ensuring the highest standards of security and compliance.

Tech stack: Python, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS (IAM, S3, RDS, SageMaker, EventBridge), Terraform or CloudFormation, CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)

What you will do:

• Design and implement scalable MLOps architecture to support production-grade AI/ML workflows.

• Build and maintain FastAPI-based services to serve ML models and other AI features.

• Set up and manage AWS infrastructure (S3, RDS, SageMaker pipelines, EventBridge, IAM) to ensure secure and reliable model deployment.

• Containerize services using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.

• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for DevSecMLOps, ensuring smooth and secure delivery of models and code to production.

• Work closely with machine learning engineers and backend developers to integrate models into end-user applications.

• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Continuously monitor and improve the performance, scalability, and security of deployed AI systems.

What we expect:

• Strong experience with MLOps practices and tools.

• 3+ years of proficiency in Python and FastAPI.

• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

• Solid knowledge of AWS services relevant to ML/AI workflows.

• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform or CloudFormation).

• Good understanding of CI/CD processes, especially in ML environments (DevSecMLOps is a plus).

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience supporting Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines in production.

• Knowledge of security best practices for AI systems.
