Our Client, a pioneering firm in the film and music industry, is embarking on an ambitious project to revolutionize investment in real-world assets through blockchain technology.
Their innovative platform will enable investors to participate in tokenized assets such as films and real estate, leveraging multi-chain functionality for scalability and flexibility.

With a target to develop an MVP by Q2 2025, we seek talented professionals to help this client build a game-changing investment ecosystem bridging traditional finance with the decentralized future.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Discovery Phase to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including business owners, development teams, and end-users, to gather and prioritize requirements.

  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and technical specifications.

  • Ensure product alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

  • Continuously explore and implement innovative solutions to enhance the product’s value and user experience.

  • Oversee the development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner with a focus on web and mobile projects.

  • Experience in the Discovery Phase of product development, including defining MVPs and strategic roadmaps.

  • Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technology, and tokenization.

  • Knowledge of investment and crowdfunding domains, including asset tokenization and digital finance.

  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.

  • Innovative mindset with a passion for creating products that stand out in the market.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
