Job requirements

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who is ready to grow into a leadership role. As a BA Lead at S-PRO, you will play a key role in both project delivery and internal process improvements. You will work on real projects while helping shape and organize the BA function within the company.

Prior leadership experience is welcome but not required — we are open to strong BAs who are ready for the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a Business Analyst on active projects: requirements gathering, documentation, collaboration with stakeholders and development teams

  • Organize and support the work of Business Analysts across S-PRO

  • Review, improve, and help standardize business analysis processes

  • Participate in pre-sale activities: client interviews, requirement discovery, solution proposals, estimations

  • Support the development of the BA Competency Matrix and drive team growth

  • Collaborate closely with other departments (Delivery, HR, PMO) to align analysis with company strategy

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development

  • Experience leading or mentoring Business Analyst teams is a strong plus

  • Hands-on experience in pre-sales and discovery phases

  • Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile (Scrum, Kanban)

  • Ability to write clear and structured documentation (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases)

  • Experience in process modeling using BPMN/UML

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (B2+)
