Product description

It is one of the first Digital asset banks in the world that are licensed in Switzerland and UAI. They are providing Traditional banking services and Crypto offerings for High-net individuals and qualified investors. The goal is to build a User-centric Digital bank for their customers to increase customer engagement and performance.

In this function you will be responsible for the following:

  • Identify all stakeholders;

  • Work closely with stakeholders to define and analyze needs and solutions;

  • Manage changes to requirements;

  • Validate design feasibility with all existing system integrations;

  • Collaborate closely with QA to handle request processing and data verification, including both sent and received data;

  • Ensure all specifications align with integration requirements and maintain data accuracy;

  • Participate in backlog grooming, defining upcoming release scopes.

Job requirements

For you to become part of S-PRO, we require the following set of experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in the software development industry (outsourcing, product companies) in the position of Business Analyst or Product Owner;

  • Experience in developing FinTech products (banking, digital banking);

  • Experience in integration with Core Banking solutions (API) for building digital banks;

  • Experience with cross-functional team;

  • Strong track record of successfully delivering products;

  • Proven requirements elicitation and formalization skills (workshops, interviews, user stories, acceptance criterion);

  • High flexibility and quick learning to find a suitable business analysis approach for a certain project, phase, stakeholder & circumstance.

  • Good communication skills (to work with customers and the development team);

  • Experience in using requirements management tools (at least Jira & Confluence);

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • English — Upper-Intermediate.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Postman or Swagger;

  • Previous experience as a QA Engineer.
