Job description

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD processes, and internal services administration. You will work closely with our CTO, tech leads, and development teams to ensure smooth deployments, scalable infrastructure, and efficient DevOps practices.

Job requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Cloud Infrastructure Management — Extensive experience with AWS is required (EC2, ALB, ASG, EKS, RDS, VPC networking, IAM, S3). Experience with Azure or Google Cloud is a plus.

  • CI/CD & Automation — Administration and maintenance of GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and infrastructure as code (Terraform).

  • Project Support — Set up and maintain infrastructure for new and existing projects, configure deployments, and ensure scalability.

  • Internal Services Administration — Maintain and improve services such as GitLab, Jenkins, Grafana, Prometheus, Passbolt, and others.

  • Security & Networking — Ensure secure networking practices, VPN configurations, firewall rules, and cloud security policies.

  • Monitoring & Logging — Implement and maintain Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, ELK.

  • Infrastructure Design — Work with engineering teams to help design scalable and efficient infrastructure based on project requirements.

  • Scripting & Automation — Write and maintain scripts in Bash (Python is a plus).

  • Kubernetes & Containerization — Deploy and manage workloads in Kubernetes (EKS), work with Helm, Nginx Ingress, Docker, Docker Compose.

  • Database & Message Queues — Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, RabbitMQ is a plus.

  • Zero-Downtime Deployment — Knowledge of blue-green deployments, canary releases, and microservices architecture is beneficial.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps roles.

  • Strong AWS experience (mandatory), with exposure to Azure or Google Cloud as a plus.

  • Proficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.

  • Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.

  • Strong Linux administration

  • Networking knowledge (DNS, routing, VPN, proxies).

  • Experience managing monitoring/logging solutions (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Loki).

  • Experience working with microservices architecture.

  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (comfortable in tech discussions with international teams and clients).
