We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to help our company find excellent employees. You will work on the most important and hard task) to search for talent and build strong relationships with both candidates and employees. As a Recruitment Manager, we expect you to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and the ability to help talented people find success in our company.

So, If you want to:
— Work with technical positions in such directions as Javascript (React, Node.js,) Python, React Native, Flutter, and middle-senior level;
— Work simultaneously to 5 positions;
— Improve skills to hold HR Interviews using the STAR model;
— Analyze and work with the European market;

Then you are looking for the right company :-)

You will:
— Responsible for a full cycle of recruitment;
— Organizing the whole hiring process (requirements gathering / preliminary interview / technical and final interview);
— Advertising vacancies on the company website/external job boards/social media;
— Communication with the Hiring Manager;
— Searching for qualified candidates according to position requirements using different sourcing methods (boolean search, x-ray);
— Communication with potential candidates through searching and expanding networking;
— Maintaining and expansion of CRM;
— Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement;
— Focused on achieving company goals.

Stages of communication:
— 1.5 hour general conversation with a Head of HR Team and Recruitment Lead.

Job requirements

Now if you have:
— At least 4 years of experience in similar position;
— Experience with sourcing techniques and extensions;

— Experience with Bulgaria and Serbia market;

— Proficient in the use of social media and job boards;
— Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles;
— Ability to close position Middle/Senior level;
— Skill to conduct HR Interviews using such methods as STAR or case interviews;
— Creativity and fresh thinking;
— Excellent communication skills;
— High level of self-organization, responsibility;
— Time management skill.
