We specialise in providing cutting-edge services for fast-growing businesses and enterprises, with a strong focus on Finance, Renewable Energy and Healthcare domains and expertise in AI, Blockchain and Data Science. Our Customer is a tailored clothing for both men and women.
The project involves supporting, maintaining, upgrading, and enhancing the digital platform for this iconic institution. The scope includes transitioning from the current technology partner to S-PRO, ensuring smooth operations and future scalability. The contract will span at least one year.
The technical environment includes Umbraco CMS, .NET Framework, Angular, Azure, and various legacy and modern tools, requiring a collaborative and skilled team to manage both backend and frontend functionalities, along with DevOps and QA support.
Also, there’s a vision to create a SaaS solution on top of the existing platform to cover more cases than just ceremonies.
Responsibilities:
Transition the digital platform from the existing technology partner to S-PRO’s team, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and minimal disruption.
Maintain and enhance the platform, including bug fixes, feature development, and performance optimization.
Upgrade platform components, including .NET Framework, Umbraco CMS, and other dependencies, to ensure security, compatibility, and performance.
Support integration testing and CI/CD pipeline management using Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend, backend, QA, PM/PO, and DevOps, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Manage the migration of TFS repositories to Git, aligning with modern version control best practices.
Ensure the reliability and scalability of Azure-hosted components and services.
Document processes, changes, and solutions for efficient knowledge sharing and long-term maintainability.
Requirements:
Experience:
3+ years of .NET development experience.
Hands-on experience with .NET Framework (4.0+), ASP NET Core | Open-source web framework for .NET MVC, Razor, and WPF.
Proficiency with Umbraco CMS or similar CMS platforms.
Strong skills in SQL Server, T-SQL, and Entity Framework.
Technical Skills:
Experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure App Services and Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with Angular, jQuery, and legacy JavaScript libraries (e.g., Ajax Control Toolkit).
Proficiency in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of integration testing and related tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a distributed team.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize legacy applications.
Upper Intermediate+ English proficiency.
Will Be a Plus:
Experience with Python for minor code adjustments.
Familiarity with Reporting Services and 3rd-party JS libraries.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, TypeScript).
Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices.
Tools also used by the client so would be great if candidates have this knowledge: Dynamics CRM, Magento E-commerce, Navision ERP, WPF (or at least MAUI, WinForms)
