Job description

We're looking for an initiative and experienced Python Developer to join our team! The position will include building product in the fintech industry. We expect you to work in pairs, use test-driven development and write clean and maintainable code.


You will work on

Fintech platform and an investment firm specializing in private markets. Institutional and qualified investors benefit from sourcing outstanding growth companies and the creation of unique top-tier investment opportunities with improved liquidity.

The unique position and differentiated approach within the ecosystem, combined with a tech-enabled investment process, enable it to act on the most attractive deals, generating returns for investors.


About team

You will be a part of long-term product teams who want to work for a business with a positive purpose, doing something that is of value to the world.

Team composition: 2 BE, 2 FE, MOB, PM, QA.


Your responsibilities:

  • Create readable and well-structured code, using best code practices, patterns and principles;

  • Implement features, according to the ticket description;

  • Cooperate with your team;

  • Communication with clients;

  • Share your expertise in technical discussions, suggest improvements.

Stages of communication:

  •  1 hour general conversation with a Recruitment Partner;
  • 1 hour interview with Technical Lead;
  • 1 hour interview with the client.


Job requirements

So, if you want to work on a fintech application, you need:

  • 3+ years of working experience with Python;

  • Proficient with Django;

  • Experience with Docker, Docker Compose;

  • Experience with PostgreSQL,

  • Experience with AWS infrastructure;

  • Familiar with SOLID principles and how to implement them;

  • Understanding of GRASP

  • Working in Agile Scrum teams, JIRA and Git;

  • Strong Intermediate English level.

  • Good communicator and team player.
