We are a global custom software development company with 200+ talents with delivery in Poland, Ukraine, and Armenia. Last year we opened the representative offices in Zurich, London and Berlin. We did that in order to be closer to our customers making business development on-side.

Company specialization and key clients are Swiss and German technology-first organizations in FinTech, Healthcare and Energy domain areas.

S-PRO has a product mindset driven culture focused on long-term cooperation. A major part of the products we take part in are made from scratch and results in years of cooperation with our customers.

Our workflow with every project is Consultancy, Discovery, Develop, and Maintain. Such an approach gives us a possibility to enhance the R&D cycle with our industry expertise.

About the opportunity

In the last 9 years we have shown great success in working with the European market, which resulted in our customer base growing in Switzerland and starting to develop the UK market. To enforce our brand presence in these regions we are looking for a Marketing Specialist who has experience of working with the DACH (Swiss mainly) and UK markets. Right now we are looking for a person who can help us to become an outsourcing business which has a global presence from inbound marketing to a local business with nearshore development locations.


  • Participating in creating a Marketing strategy to promote S-PRO as the business partner on the Switzerland/Germany/ UK Markets.

  • Conducting market research, competitive research.

  • Analyzing the performance and the efficiency of marketing activities.

  • Generating a pipeline of opportunities for our Sales team.

  • Increasing inbound sales process.


Grow S-PRO brand on the European market;

  • Working with CBDO on adapting existing value propositions to chosen sales approaches.

  • Building long-term relationships with well qualified leads.

  • Measure, analyze and increase marketing metrics on the European market.

Job requirements


A Marketing Manager with 3 or more years of experience in the IT sphere, who would like to become our first marketing representative in Europe and have the opportunity for further career growth. You would like to contribute your thoughts, ideas and vision to accelerate and adapt our existing sales framework to these markets.

  • 3+ years of Marketing experience in IT company (preferable with Fintech/Healthcare products);

  • Competence in entering into new markets

  • Experience in building brand-recognition in new markets

  • Knowledge of how to combine offline and online business development activities

  • Experience in building marketing strategy in the Switzerland/Germany/ UK Markets;

  • Strong understanding of key marketing concepts, such as market segmentation, value proposition, differentiation, branding, messaging, etc.

  • Excellent business communication and presentation skills (written and verbal);
