We are currently looking for a skilled Business Analyst for an ambitious Fintech startup (Switzerland client). It is a B2B digital bank on top of the Core banking solution. It should serve inside app transborder payments and international payments. It also contains the accounting and reporting modules.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the software development industry (outsourcing, product companies) in the position of Business Analyst or Product Owner;

  • Experience in developing FinTech products (banking, digital banking);

  • Experience in integration with Core Banking solutions (API) for building digital banks;

  • Experience in integration with KYC/KYB and other compliance services;

  • Strong track record of successfully delivering products

  • Experience in discovery and development phases

  • Business processes optimization knowledge and modeling approaches skills;

  • Proven requirements elicitation and formalization skills (workshops, interviews, user stories, acceptance criterion)

  • Experience with Time and Materials projects

  • High flexibility and quick learning to find a suitable business analysis approach for a certain project, phase, stakeholder & circumstance.

  • Good communication skills (to work with customers and the development team);

  • Experience in using requirements management tools (at least Jira & Confluence);

  • English — Upper-Intermediate.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify all stakeholders;

  • Work closely with stakeholders to define and analyze needs and solutions;

  • Manage changes to requirements;

  • Prepare requirements documentation;

  • Define capabilities and requirements to support transition to new solutions;

  • Manage requirements gathering and analysis activities by working with developers, designers, QA and external customers;

  • Describing business requirements to a development team and support development team in clarifications of requirements and change request management;

  • Participate in backlog grooming, defining upcoming release scopes.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand, gather, and define business requirements.

  • Ability to identify potential improvements to the proposed functionality, suggest and discuss them with the stakeholders

  • Knowledge of best UX practices, modern user-centric standards of application (web/mob) development

  • Together with the Project Manager determine feature scopes and priorities for product releases, guided by user and business requirements

  • Act as a bridge between technical team and stakeholders, ensuring that requirements and changes are communicated effective
